Great productions require more than talent. They require people who communicate, follow through, respect one another, and understand that every department is working toward the same goal.
We ask our production team members to:
Be reliable and honor their commitments
Communicate clearly and work collaboratively
Follow established production, budget, and safety procedures
Treat cast, crew, volunteers, and fellow collaborators with respect
Help create a safe, welcoming, and professional environment
River Stone Theatre Company is a volunteer-driven nonprofit community theatre.
Most production opportunities are volunteer positions. Certain leadership or specialized technical roles may receive a stipend depending on the needs, scope, and approved budget of a production.
When compensation is available, it will be communicated as part of the specific opportunity.
Everyone involved in a River Stone production deserves an environment where they can contribute, learn, create, and do their best work.
We are committed to a culture built on respect, collaboration, trust, accountability, personal boundaries, and safety. Everyone participating in a River Stone production is expected to review and follow our Volunteer & Contractor Code of Conduct.
You don’t have to wait for a specific opening.
Tell us what you’re interested in, what you already know, and what you’d like to learn. We’ll keep you in mind as River Stone builds future production teams.
